At NXTRND, we stand behind the durability of our gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your gear.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
